Lodos for Agencies

Manage every client project — tasks, time, files, and communication — from one workspace.

Agencies live and die by their ability to manage multiple client projects without work bleeding across boundaries. Lodos gives agencies per-client project boards, billable time tracking, client-scoped file storage, internal team channels, and role-based access control — everything needed to run a tight operation across a dozen clients without losing a deliverable or a billing hour.

Pain Points

Sound familiar?

Juggling separate project boards, timesheets, and file folders for each client

Per-seat pricing that scales painfully as you add clients and collaborators

Time tracking in a separate tool that doesn't connect to your project tasks

Client deliverables scattered across email, Drive links, and Slack attachments

How It Works

Up and running in three steps.

01

Create a workspace per client

Each client gets their own project boards, Social Hive channel, Lodrive folder, and Kronos time tracking — fully separated, fully organized. No risk of mixing up client work.

02

Track time and generate timesheets automatically

Start a Kronos timer when work begins, stop when it ends. At billing time, export a clean timesheet per client with hours broken down by project and task.

03

Deliver files and close projects cleanly

Upload final deliverables to the client's Lodrive folder and share a direct link — no email attachments, no "request access" friction. Archive the project when done.

The Solution

Everything you need, in Lodos.

One workspace for every client. No per-seat pricing surprises.

FAQ

Common questions.

Is Lodos pricing per user or per workspace?

Lodos is priced per workspace, not per seat. Adding team members or collaborators doesn't increase your subscription cost, making it predictable as your agency grows.

Can clients access their project workspace?

Yes. You can invite clients to their workspace with view-only or contributor roles. They can see progress, review deliverables, and leave feedback — without accessing other client workspaces.

How does time tracking work across multiple clients?

Kronos lets you track time per project and task simultaneously. You can have active timers across different client projects and generate separate timesheet exports for each.

Is there a limit on the number of client workspaces?

The Basic plan includes unlimited projects within a workspace. Enterprise plans support multiple isolated workspaces for agencies managing a large client portfolio.
